'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.

I have 2 website using excel upload file in same server. Both website tested working in my own computer, but when move to server, program A able to upload excel without any issue, while program B keep popup with the error show " 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine." Any suggestion to solve this?
